Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These terms cover the copy of Flakkar published at flakkar.io.

These Terms govern your use of Flakkar (the “Game”), operated by Cody Ehrenreich. By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers, and not to use the Game in any unlawful way.

Multiplayer conduct

Multiplayer puts you in a match with other people, and what you send them is visible to them. When playing online you agree not to:

We may end your access to the multiplayer servers at any time if you do. We do not keep accounts, so this is not a ban list — it means a connection may be refused or closed. The Game offers an in-match mute and a profanity filter (on by default) so you can also deal with this yourself, immediately, without waiting for us.

The multiplayer servers are offered as a free convenience and may be unavailable, restarted, or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual property

The Game’s code, original artwork, and trademarks are owned by Cody Ehrenreich and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

The Game also includes third-party material used under license — including its music and sound effects, and the original aircraft model. That material remains the property of its respective authors, is used under the terms of its own license, and is credited in the Game under Credits. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of it or restricts any rights its authors or licenses grant you.

Third-party platforms

When you play the Game on a third-party game portal or library, that platform's terms also apply to your use of their site.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Ehrenreich will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Questions: support@flakkar.io.
